Black Pearl Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

For the carrots:
- 8 carrots
-1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

For the sauce:
-1 tbsp tahini
-1 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tsp lemon juice
-1 tbsp water
-1/4 tsp salt

To serve:
-1 cup of cooked rice
-1 to 2 tsp of The Black Pearl seasoning

Method
Preheat your oven to 350
Place your carrots on a baking sheet and coat them in the olive oil
Cook your carrots for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until caramelized
In a small mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce until creamy
To serve:
Place your carrots on a bed of rice
Drizzle the sauce on top
Sprinkle as much The Black Pearl seasoning as your heart desires
